Troy K. Norman

Troy was the beloved son of the late Vern and Norma Colleen (nee Large) Norman; brother of the late Todd Norman and the late Tina Norman; devoted uncle of Mandy Kaus, Missy Walters, his birthday buddy Desiree Norman, Darci Muller, Joshua Perry, and the late Leslie Norman; cherished long time friend of Kerry Lewis; dear great-uncle of Zoriah, Andrew, Casey, Jayden, Aria, Tatum, Samuel, Stevie, Delaney, Harper, Vance, Jude, Jayden, Justice, and Johnny; loving godfather of Cameron Carter; and a good friend to many in his lifetime.

Troy worked for many years in the floral industry and loved his "family" at Walter Knoll Florists very much. Troy was a very kind and generous man, who loved animals; especially his own dog, Cosmo, and his cats, Dizzy, Fiona, Finn, Atticus, and Archie.

In 1991, while working for Embassy Suites, he and others hosted a party to raise funds for kids with cancer. Having battled the disease himself, it was a cause very close to his heart. When Troy worked for Bissinger's Chocolates, he would occasionally have access to Beanie Babies, which he would gift to his nieces, to their delight. He loved art, and farmer's markets, and traveling, especially to California to see his best friend, Mary.

A gathering of family and friends for Troy will be held Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 4-8pm at Hoffmeister Colonial Mortuary, 6464 Chippewa Street, St. Louis, MO 63109.
