Donna was born September 8, 1956 in St. Paul, Minnesota to parents Richard Nelson and Connie Tatman, and siblings Monty Nelson and Glenda. She was a wonderful mother to son Billy Brown.
She was a hard-working, caring, and a well-loved member of the community. She enjoyed shopping, walking, and cooking. She was always laughing and had a smile on her face.
