Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 1, 2010. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 71 years, Ann; son, Bruce; daughter, Victoria "Via"; parents Daniel and Philomena (Molly); 1 brother; 1 sister and great-granddaughter, Elizabeth. Survived by sons, Daniel (Lenore), Kurt (Mary), Frank M. (Nancy); daughters, Anita (Bill) Poidinger, Andrea Vento, Barbara Vento-Charlsen; daughter-in-law, Susan; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grand-children; 3 great-great grandchildren; sister, Helen Eckl; sister-in-law, Marianne Plankers, many nieces, nephews and friends. Frank was a Member/Officer of the I.A.M. Local 459. MASS of Christian Burial Wed. April 7, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Visitation 9:30 a.m at PRESENTATION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1725 Kennard St. at Larpenteur, Maplewood. Private Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Friends of the Parks and Trails of St. Paul and Ramsey County for memorial trees in the Vento Sanctuary or Presentation of the B.V.M.
