Judith G. Wandersee

Passed away on February 26, 2015, surrounded by family and friends. Judy was born on September 7, 1938, the daughter of Herbert and Grace Wandersee. She is survived by her Brother, Gene; Niece, Janene; and Nephew, Nathan. A long-time resident of St. Paul's east side, Judy attended Harding High School. She went to college at Otterbein University in Ohio, graduating from Mankato State. She taught in Chisago City, Maple Lake, Braham, and Eagle Bend, and retired from West Publishing. She put in countless behind-the-scenes hours in volunteer service for church and caring for those she loved. Family and friends will miss her in so many ways, including sharing her enthusiasm for life—enjoying special cookies she baked, hearing her hum along to a favorite song, cheering the Minnesota Gophers, going to a craft sale together, playing a board game, or enjoying flowers from her garden. Memorials may be directed to Otterbein University, which always held a special place in her heart. Visitation Tues., March 3rd, 4-7 PM, Wulff Funeral Home, 1485 White Bear Ave., St. Paul. Memorial Service Wed., March 4th, 11 AM, preceded by Visitation at 10 AM, Mounds Park United Mehtodist Church, 1049 Euclid St., St. Paul. Private interment.
