

Larry was born at Midway Hospital in St. Paul and graduated from Tartan High School in Oakdale. He went to the University of Minnesota for architecture and played in the U of MN marching band. He was a docent at Como Zoo and a Society/Como friends member. Larry worked at Harry’s Drug Store in North St. Paul, Fiserv in Falcon Heights, and at MNIT for State of Minnesota for 24 years. He liked to sew, cook, garden, fish, snowmobile and attend the Minnesota State Fair.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Larry A. and Marianne E. Sloan; first cousins, Kenny, Sharon, Roxanne, John.
Larry will be deeply missed by his sister, Linda Sloan and his pets that are going to miss him dearly.
A special thank you to cousin Kathy, friend Kerry, and St. Croix Hospice for their excellent care of Larry.
Private interment at Union Cemetery, Maplewood.
