Passed away 6/1/2016. Preceded in death by her husband, Jack; sisters, Nina, June, Joyce, Patricia; brother, Marvin. Survived by her children, Mike (Judy), Kathy, Sharon (Dave Somerville) Bernardy; grandchildren, Kristina Pettis, Angela (Pat) Redlund-Spieker, Katie Bernardy, Nick (Christie) Bernardy, Becca (Carl Krieger) Bernardy, Jason (Karah) Dreis, Matt (Jen) Dreis; great-grandchildren, Jack, Bella, Gabi, Leo, Sasha, London, Roman, Cullen, Baby Bernardy due in September; sister, Beverly Miller; former son-in-law, Paul Bernardy; further survived by other relatives and friends. Phyllis was known for her outstanding desserts and baked goods. Funeral service 10:30 am Saturday (6/4/2016) at Silver Lake United Methodist Church (5399 Geneva Ave. N. Oakdale) Visitation 9:00 am until the time of service on Saturday at the church. Interment in the Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to a charity of donor’s choice.
