Beloved Father and Grandfather
U.S. Army, Korean War Veteran
Passed away November 6th surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his wife who he shared 43 wonderful years with, Dolores Coombs; and four siblings. Survived by his children, Suzanne, Robert, Donald, Yvonne, Warren Jr., James Coombs and Patricia (Zafer) Alkhatib; 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Warren served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He also was a police officer with the San Francisco Police Department. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 am Wednesday 11/12 at Church of Saint Casimir (929 East Jessamine, St. Paul) Visitation Tuesday 11/11 from 4-8 pm at Wulff Funeral Home (1485 White Bear Ave. St. Paul) and 930 until the time of Mass on Wed. at the church. Interment with full military honors will follow at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
