Albert Voytek

He was born Feb. 27, 1936, in California, PA the son of the late John and Anna Voytek. He was raised in Washington, PA and resided in both Tampa FL and Bryson City NC.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Charlotte Joan Voytek who he wed on May 1, 1967.

Mr. Voytek served 23 years with the US Air Force retiring as T/SGT and also retired from Borden Dairy of Tampa.

He was an avid golfer in North Carolina and Tampa. He enjoyed the company of his pet Bambi.

He was preceded in death by his son, Darius M. Voytek, and two brothers, Eugene and John (Beans) Voytek of Washington PA.

Surviving are his daughters, Cheryl (Bill) Martin of McMurray, PA, Alison Lorraine (Brad) Phillips of New Holland, IL, Linda (Jim) Babb of Johnson City, TN, Karin Keene of Tampa, FL; a son, Rusty (Susan) Keene of Tampa, FL; 7 grandchildren, Christopher, Paul and Matthew Phillips of New Holland, IL, Amanda (Jason) Miller of Saraland, AL, Scotty (Alyshia) Babb of Johnson City, TN, Ashley Keene of NYC, NY, and Devon Keene of Tampa, FL; 4 great-grand children, Mikey and Kayley Miller, Cortney & Ashley Babb; and three sisters, Lorraine Antal of Punta Gorda, FL, Virginia McCormick and Josephine (Jack) Lusk, both of Washington, PA and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate the life of Albert on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Gonzales Funeral Home, 7209 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., Tampa, FL 33614.
