Arthur E. Frazier aka "Mike", 83, of Tampa passed away January 18, 2015.He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley L. Frazier.He is survived by his daughter and caregiver, Amanda E. Rhode (husband Alex);son, Shawn G. Frazier (wife Chantal);grandson, Steven G. Frazier and granddaughter, Devin J. Frazier.Mike was a veteran of the Marine Corps having served during the Korean War. "Always Faithful" perfectly describes the type of man he was.A protector, father, friend, and dearly loved one.
