83, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Tuesday, December 2nd. Born in Nevils, Georgia, she moved to Florida in 1964. She enjoyed gardening and fishing. Betty never met a stranger and all who knew her, loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Red Blalock; her son, Jeff Blalock; her grandson, Jason Blalock; and her sisters, Winona and Helene. She is survived by her son, Jimmy (Gail) Blalock; son, Terry (Janet) Blalock; daughter, Tammy (Kip) Leach; grandchildren, Terry Jr, Michael, Justin Blalock, and Gene and Scott Moore; four great grandchildren; brothers, Bobby and Jerry Futch. A Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th from 9-11am at Blount & Curry – MacDill Chapel. Burial will take place afterwards at Garden of Memories. Arrangements handled by Blount and Curry MacDill Chapel.
