Carleigh Elizabeth Martin Lunn

Born April 17th, 1993 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, she was a bright, spunky little girl who loved everyone. Always first to try something, she grew up enjoying horse back riding, swimming, scary movies and making life fun. She loved animals and as a young girl her pockets had to be checked before putting laundry in the washer for lizards and frogs. She was a member of the Alonso High School marching band for several years. Carleigh was the original reason for The Dancing Goat as she wanted a horse to show and settled for a goat. Carleigh loved growing things, often helping in the garden. She was a Daddy’s Girl, Mom’s Mini-me and loved everything bling. She loved the family farm and could birth babies with the best of them and especially loved the spring baby season. She was her Granny’s “Carleigh Jo” and now they are reunited in conspiratory mischief for eternity. Charles, Jackson and Buddy were waiting at the bridge for their favorite best bud for hours of playtime again.

She is survived by her parents, Jim and Pamela Martin Lunn, brother and sister-in-law, Clinton Preston (Becca Wymer) Lunn, favorite cousin and Co-Godmother, Amy Lilly, Co-Godmother, Mary Cantwell, long time boyfriend, Lino Basulto, and a host of Aunts and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Clinton and Geraldine (Granny) Martin and her paternal grandparents, Grover and Ella Lunn.
