Christopher Paul Garcia

Christopher Paul Garcia, 29, of Palmetto, Florida, passed on November 8, 2019. He was born March 29, 1990, in Tampa, Florida, the son of Kelley (Clarke) Martinez and Paul Michael Garcia. He attended Zephyrhills High School and was a licensed HVAC Contractor and owned his own business, Ice Heating & Cooling LLC.

Christopher is survived by his parents, Kelley (Clarke) and Antonio Martinez, Paul and Genevieve Garcia; his children, Aubriyanna L. Garcia (10), Channing P. Garcia (5), Summer R. Garcia (4); his sisters, Christen Garcia, Adrianna (Garcia) King, Shana Butler; his brothers, Blake Garcia and his wife Allison Garcia and George Esparza, Jr.; his step-sister Martha Ann Louise Padron; his step-brothers Antonio Martinez, Jr. and Joe Manuel Martinez; his Paternal Grandmothers, Mirta Ransom and Carmen Garcia; his Maternal Grandmother, Janet Clarke; his nephew, Camden A. Montoute (2); and his niece, Dawsyn L. Esparza (2).

He will be laid to rest at the right side of his Paternal Grandfather, Elpidio E. Garcia, whom he adored and preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, Charles H. Clarke.

Christopher had a real love and zest for life. Everyday was an exciting adventure. From a very young age, he was a thrill-seeker, risk-taker and pushed life to its limits. He embraced challenges, tackled each day fearlessly, loved competition, and there was nothing he wasn’t good at. He was a prankster; something his friends and siblings could certainly attest to. He had a love for music, playing the guitar, singing and creating music and GoPro videos, especially for and with his children. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, baseball, and playing chess. He maintained a hat and shoe collection anyone would be envious of. To know Christopher was to love him. His positive energy, charm, and charisma were a magnetic force to be reckoned with. Always happy with the biggest smile that lit up every room.

Most notably, Christopher inherited his giant heart from his Paternal Grandfather and Father, and had goals of carrying on the Garcia Patriarch Legacy of providing for and taking care of the entire family. Forever loyal and deeply protective of those he loved.
