Daniela was an excellent counselor to me. She always had my well being in mind, and alerted me to any naivite which remained in my mind regarding relationships.  She helped me form practical options for solutions to the problems I bore in life.  She was never self centered, and diminished any questions I had regarding her sore foot.  She always said she was doing well and returned my focus back to myself and my own agenda.  I was shocked to call the counseling center and be told that she had passed on.  I wanted to tell her thank you for her warning me about visiting my brother whom I had not seen in about 20 years.  It again was a practical concern she brought up that I had not even thought of.  I know Daniela was one of the best available to people in our East Pasco area for advice.  God bless the family who raised her and find comfort in the fact she was so fine a person.

Her spirit will live on through the lives that she touched, the love that she shared, and the joy that she brought to so many people.  Thinking about you all during this terrible time of heartache and loss.

Daniela was an amazing human being who touched SO MANY lives, many in ways that she was not even aware of. Her beautiful soul, and ability to live in the true spirit of love will never be forgotton. You will be missed Daniela

I am so very sorry for the entire family in your loss.  Daniela was a special person and will be missed greatly.  Mel, Matt I have known all of you for many years and one thing I know she loved your children dearly.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. Daniela was a childhood friend of mine, who I will always remember as being full of life and always saw the positive in everything. The world has experienced a great loss with her death. God bless, she is now an angel of God.

I met Daniela in the 5th grade and we were friends all through school.  I have so many fun memories of her.  My prayers go out to the family for the loss of Daniela and also her father.

Just seeing all the kindness, compassion and strength that she inspired in people, and not just ones she knew, is just a small clue of how special Daniela was.  Even now she brings people back together again who have lost touch over time.  That is the power that is Daniela.  This world will be dimmer without her light.  I will miss you old friend all the days of my life until we meet again.  I love you.

Daniela was one of my oldest and dearest friends. It has been 25 years since I met her at Pine Ridge Middle in 8th grade, my first year in Florida. We had so many laughs and so much fun. She certainly knew how to live life and I hope I can honor her memory by appreciating each day and living life to its fullest. She will never be forgotten!

May you draw strength from one another in the days and weeks ahead to get you through such difficult times. Dani taught us the true meaning of life and will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

There are many wonderful words that describe the person that Daniela was but none can fully capture her spirit.  I believe she was already a guardian angel on earth and now will sharing her warm embrace from above.  Last night, I dreamt of one of our night's out.....we sat, just us two, in a corner booth, sipping chocolate martinis and chatting and laughing for hours and hours.  I cannot recall a single thing we said that night and have no idea why that particular night came back to me as there were many like it.  I just know that I treasure having had her in my life.  She was my friend, my warm hug, my jester, my cheerleader, my life coach.  I know that she will live on as an inspiration to all of how to love completely and embrace life with the passion that allows one to live each day to its fullest.  To her family, I pray that as each day passes, the emptiness that you feel now fills with the memories of her laughter, strength, grace, and deep abiding love of each of you. She is with you.

Mel and Matt - heartfelt sympathies to you and your family.  Mel, I don't know you personally, but was a grade-school friend of Matt's from OLF.  We are FB friends, and I am so saddened by what you are going thu.  Please know you are all in my thoughts.  Be strong, but cry in your husband's arms as you need to.
