Gladys Cruzado

Gladys (Padro) Cruzado, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a woman of unwavering faith. She was surrounded by loved ones before entering the gates of heaven on March 28,2025 at the age of 77 in Tampa, Fl. She lived a life dedicated to serving the Lord and sharing the gospel with others, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.

Gladys was born on August 17,1947 in San Juan, PR and held a career as a Training Coordinator for the Puerto Rico Telephone Company.

Gladys also resided in New York where she enjoyed spending time with her family as well as brothers and sisters in the faith.

She was a devoted homemaker and found joy in gardening, cooking, baking cakes and making pasteles. She loved spending time with her grandkids and was involved in all of their activities.

One of her favorite things to do was going to the beach, especially when she traveled to her home island of Puerto Rico.

Gladys enjoyed and had a passion for studying the word of God as well as speaking of the power of the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

She was involved in the church ministry and was an ordained minister. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, and she found strength and comfort in her relationship with God.

Gladys is survived by her husband Pastor Wilfredo Cruzado. Children: Gladys, Alice, Wilda, Natalie and Anthony.

Grandchildren: Pebbles, Brandon, Krysten, Michael Anthony, Jadelyn. Great-grandchildren: Julian, Caroline and Valentina.

Siblings: Pedro Padro, Diana Camareno and Nancy Padro.

Preceded in death by parents: Pedro Padro and Elvira Altieri Padro. Brother: Paul Padro.

Gladys will be remembered by her faith and was an inspiration to all who knew her. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever.
