WELSH, James M., 74, of Tampa passed away on December 17, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Ruth; children, Molly and Suzannah; and grandchildren, Dean, Amelia, and Abbot. A graveside service will take place at 1pm on Thursday, December 28 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
