She is survived by her mother, Mary Stella McLain; her father, Tom McLain, and stepmother, Sandy McLain; and her beloved daughter, Angel Ortiz. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richie McLain, with whom she is now reunited.
Krista will be remembered for her kind heart, her strength, and the love she shared with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
There is a Gathering for Family and Friends on Wednesday, October 1st at 12:30pm at Blount & Curry Life Event Center - MacDill, 605 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL 33609. A Celebration of Life will follow at 1:30pm and guests are invited to stay for a catered reception beginning at 2:30pm
