91, died peacefully on Nov. 14, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born Nov. 16, 1922 in Tampa. Mary attended Sacred Heart Academy and married Max J. Castro in 1942. She raised two children, Max A. and Richard Castro. Mary was a devoted mother, wife, business woman and friend whose spirit was a true inspiration to all that knew her. She is survived by her two sons, Max and his wife Marsha and Richard; sister, Olga Castellano and her husband, Frank; along with many nieces and nephews. She will forever be in our hearts and greatly missed. The family extends a special thanks to Rosa and Iris for their loving care throughout the years. A visitation will be held from 6pm-8pm on Monday, Nov. 17th at Blount & Curry MacDill Chapel, 605 S. MacDill Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay.
