Cartagena, Norma Esther, age 73, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2020. Norma was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, the daughter of Antonio Felix and Dolores (Colon) Mateo. Norma was a devoted mother, wife, sister, and grandma. Norma enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, singing and reading the bible. She was a Christian woman, a true believer and enjoyed attending ICMET Levantando al caído Inc. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Miguel A Cartagena, Eliezer Cartagena; Her grandchildren, Genesis, Eliezer jr, Kassandra, Marizal , Destiny, and Gabriel; Her Great grandchildren, Aleah, Bella, and Amir; Her siblings, Carlos, Hilda, and Carmen.
The family receive friends on Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a service beginning at 1:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL. The interment will be held on September 27, 2020 at 2:30 pm at Garden Of Memories, 4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL
