LOWE, Norma Jean Parker,80, passed away on December 3, 2015 in Tampa, FL. Norma was a retired teacher for 37 years and was awarded Master Teacher for the state of Florida. She served as the past president for the Alpha Rho Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa. Norma was a Silver Life Master in bridge. She was also a member of both the Seminole Church of Christ and The Garden Club. She was preceded in death by her parents; J. O. Parker and Rosi Lee Morton as well as her husband Robert Lowe Sr. She is survived by her son Robert Lowe (Mary Jane Lowe); daughter Kathy Owen (J. Ed Owen); grandsons Alex Lowe, J. Eddie Owen, and Max Owen and siblings Elizabeth Hourigan and Fred Parker. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 11AM at the Seminole Church of Christ, 4740 Wishart Blvd, Tampa, FL with the family receiving friends one hour prior at 10AM.
