Norman Bush

Norman Scholes Bush 83, of Tampa, passed away on Thursday, November 22rd, 2018. He was born June 1st,1935 in Utila, Honduras. He leaves behind the love of his life, his wife of 62 years Carolyn, his children Byron, Beth Ann and her husband John, Rick and his wife Krista and 3 grandchildren BJ, Jared and Kayla.

Norman “Pops” or “Papa” was a loving husband, father, grandfather. He was a good man who always put caring for his family & friends first. He helped and influenced many people in life and music. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked as a Merchant Seaman & Chief Steward for 30+ years. He owned the Bonfire lounge. He loved listening & playing music on the vibes. He founded the Norm Bush Quintet that played in the Tampa Bay area for many years.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on December 8th, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Lutz, 18116 N US Highway 41, Lutz, FL 33549.
