Rosa was born December 28, 1946 in Cayey, Puerto Rico. She moved to Tampa from San Antonio, TX in 1998. Rosa was a retired reservation agent for United Airlines. In her free time she enjoyed traveling, eating out, and being a grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her sons, Angel Rodriguez Collazo and Daniel Collazo; brother Roberto Collazo; sisters Myrna Rios and Yolanda Phillips; grandchildren Amanda Rodriguez, Alex Rodriguez, Angelica Rodriguez, Daniel Ovalles, Jaxon Collazo, Sadie Collazo, and Grace Collazo; great grandchildren Ivana Rodriguez and Gino Sollazzo as well as many other family and friends.
A memorial service for Rosa will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614.
