Collie, Shirley Saller, 83, passed away peacefully from this life to join Henry, her husband of 53 years, in God’s arms. Shirley was born on February 18, 1927 and lived in Memphis for 76 years before moving to Tampa in 2003. Her children and grandchildren gave her great joy, and she also enjoyed dancing throughout her life. Shirley continued dancing well into her seventies and was part of a senior dance group in Memphis called the Showstoppers where she performed with several of her dear friends. Shirley was always very active and could brighten a room with her quick wit and pleasant smile. She is survived by her three sons, Vincent Collie of Clearwater, Patrick Collie of Kernersville, North Carolina, Phillip Collie of Tampa, and her two daughters, Donna Harckum of Memphis, Tennessee, and Elaine Pearson of Odessa, Florida. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren. The world was made a better place while Shirley was on it and many lives were touched and enriched by her kind, loving spirit.
