She is preceded in death by her husband William L. Parker and her daughter Meda G. Parker.
Sybil is survived by her two sons, David L. Parker and William A. Parker and Daughter-in-law, Tina M. Crago; grandchildren, Michael, Junior, Jasmine, Kristina, Heather, Matthew, Robert, Johnathon.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28th from 5pm to 7pm Blount Curry Macdill, 605 S. Macdill Ave, Tampa FL 33609. In lieu of flowers donations may be made on behalf of the family.
