My daughter Marilyn went to school with Travis, we just wanted to let you know that we think of him often with fond memories. You and your family are in our prayers, we will never forget him❤️

Travis my heart is still in pain I don’t know what to do anymore, everyday tears running down my face as I cry knowing I won’t ever get to see u again my brother until our father god brings us back together. Everytime something bad was going on in my life you were there for me you would talk to me for hours and always had my back, now I feel as if I have no one to turn to anymore I miss you so much man I just need you again, I need that friend in my life that you were, the person I knew I could always trust and count on . I’m so sorry i didn’t help, it brings me pain in my heart everyday. Pain that once used to be unimaginable, pain I wouldn’t wish on my worse enemy. I just wish I had seen things as clear as I do now, you are my guardian angel Travis I know you are watching down on me, and I promise I’m working hard to make you proud even if It doesn’t seem like I’m trying my hardest I promise you I am battling my demons for you and becoming the person you said you wanted me to be. rest in paradise my brotha u deserve it 

With our hearts in the U.S., we join our family. Dear Travis one day we will have a great family reunion in heaven and we will have the opportunity to give each other the hug that in this life could not be. To Nathan all our love. To Maria Jose and David, may God give peace to their hearts and the confidence that Travis is in a better place. They have been good parents, with very good children and we all know that. I don’t even know where to start Travis was an absolutely amazing human being. No matter the circumstances he was always there. Travis showed me what a real friend is. I admired the way he put so much time into his friendships and showed so much love and respect. I’m so grateful for every laugh and smile. I will cherish these amazing memories forever. Dear Carney Family,
I only met Travis once when he came to my house, but I know he was a good friend of my son, Ian Gundersen (aka Gundo) from the Empire family. Ian loved Travis for his humor, his baseball talent and of course his beloved Mustang. Travis made a significant impact on Ian and he will be greatly missed.

Dear Carney Family,
 Our hearts break for you all. We didn’t know Travis, but  Travis’s brother Nathan is one of our son Cobie’s best friends. This is in remembrance of Travis and  in support for Nathan. Travis and I played baseball for the makos and I remember our first win was because Travis hit a walk off. We did not win a lot of games but when Travis hit that walk off we celebrated like it was the World Series with water bottle showers and joy. Fly high Travis ❤️.

Hey Travis, I remember when I first met you when I was about 10 years old playing for the makos. I remember seeing you hit one of your first homeruns and seeing you develop in to a great baseball player and a mature young man. It was a blessing to play baseball with you and may you Rest In Peace❤️ 

I never had the honor of meeting Travis but always heard so many kind words about this young man. I have a grandson that started first grade with him and always spoke so  highly of Travis 
This young man had the looks, intelligence and a great athlete.  I’m sure his parents and grandparents  had a lot to do with that and I pray they are aware of this love they gave him.
I pray that the family has peace love and understanding during this difficult time.

Travis was a fixture in our home, at times. On one vacation, Travis spent the week with us and his brother at the beach. Travis would sneak away with his fishing pole and fish forever while all the kids were playing volleyball. Ultimately, they’d suck him into playing. What an all around gorgeous child with a beautiful spirit. One of Gavin’s chosen brothers. Travis will be missed!! 💜

I don’t know where to start, Travis was an amazing person who always shined light on everyone bringing out the best in everyone. He was kind, funny, and an amazing friend to everyone, I’m glad I was able to be close with him and call him one of my friends.

Travis Carney was an amazing human being, a great friend of mine and many to others as well. Travis always put others before himself, he always cared about how you were feeling. Travis would never let you feel left out or like u never had a place, he’d always stand with you even in your worst times. I got to meet this beautiful soul in 5th grade! He’s always been there for me and never deserved this. Travis wasn’t like others! Mr, and Mrs, Carney you are blessed and should forever know your son was the sweetest teenage boy I’ve ever met! He never brought any girls down! NEVER EVER :) not even his bro’s :) Travis is a beautiful human and a vary special soul. May he watch over us and guide us together in the right path! Fly high Travis, I hope your angel wings are treating you well❤️

Travis Carney was a friend of mine for almost as long as I can remember. He was such a caring, kind, and compassionate person. He always was looking out for others and making sure that everyone was okay before checking on himself. Travis was a fantastic baseball player, played football, and most people didn’t know this but he used to do orchestra up until freshman year. He was such an angel and didn’t deserve what happened. Let him and his family be in our prayers. 

Travis Carney was a gift to this world with an amazing future ahead of him; I hope everyone, whether they knew him or not, has learned from this all.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have such wonderful memories of playing baseball with Travis. I remember we used to ride to just about every baseball game together. Travis had an extraordinary personality and could always make me smile. Travis and your family will forever be in my prayers.

There are no words that can convey how heartbroken our family was to hear of Travis’ passing.   Your son was special to all who met him.  My two older sons, Benjamin and Jacob especially loved playing baseball and hanging out with Travis.  You both raised an amazing young man.  Our prayers are with you at this most difficult time. Connor, Wayde and I were so saddened to hear of the passing of Travis.  Connor always enjoyed playing baseball and hanging out in the dugout with Travis at TBLL.
