William King Caison, loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away at the age of 73 on January 9, 2025 in Tampa, Florida. King was born on September 4, 1972 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The youngest of three children, King was close to both of his siblings.
King was known for his kind heart, hard work ethic, and dedication to his friends and family. His hobbies included reading, playing golf, watching football, and spending time spoiling his grandchildren with attention and gifts.
King was preceded in death by his father, Joel Albert Caison Jr.; mother, Edith King Caison; and brother, Joel Albert Caison III. He is survived by his sister, Julia Ann Pratt (Jim); son, William King Caison II; daughter, Carla Gordon (Matthew); grandchildren, Kobe, Addison, Oliver, Hunter, and Lilly Rose; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
King’s gentle spirit, listening ear, laughter, and sound advice will be missed by his family, who look forward to being reunited with him in heaven with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The family will have a private memorial to honor his memory.
