William was a loving brother, uncle and friend. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1741 in Tampa. He was preceded in death, father William in 2004 and mother Maureen 2018, his nephew Brett 2008, and niece Allysa 2021. He is survived by his loving sisters Lisa McDonald and husband John of Spring Hill, Susan Davis of Tampa, Linda Demember and husband William of Tampa, and brother Robert Penny and wife Carla of Tampa; nieces and nephews Amanda, Amber, Marissa, Christopher, Justin, Vincent, Liam and Gabriela; and great nieces Kaitlynn, Julianna, Isabella and nephew Elliott.
The family will receive friends for a celebration of life on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Blount and Curry Funeral Home Oldsmar West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 SILVERMILL DR, TAMPA, FL 33635, with a funeral service being conducted from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
