He moved to Tampa in the early 80’s where he met the love of his life, Shilah and they shared 37 years together. Bill had an accomplished career as a General Contractor, owner, and CEO of Citivest Construction Company. He built homes, townhomes, office buildings, and condominiums including the Stoval and the Aquatica on Bayshore Blvd. He was an avid golfer and went to Duquesne University on a Football Scholarship.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Robinson; his sister Joan and brother Greg.
He is survived by his wife, Shilah; sister-in-law, Rosemary Smith (Bo); brother-in-law Eric Hulsizer (Diana); nephews, Travis Hulsizer, Hunter, and Winn Smith; sister Trudy Gisbert (Juan). He was loved and will be missed greatly.
Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 27th at 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm at Blount and Curry- Life Event Center, 605 S MacDill Ave, Tampa, FL, 33609.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation or the Human Society of Tampa.
