Annie Bell "Jeanie" Ritch Milton, age 83, of Temple died Friday, February 3, 2006 in a local hospital. Services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, February 9, at Northside Church of Christ with Min. Darrell Knight officiating. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 8 PM Wednesday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home. Mrs. Milton was born January 20, 1923 in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina to Lindsay Adam and Hazel Blackmon (Bartlett) Ritch. She married Frank Richard Milton, her husband of 63 years, on November 7, 1942 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He preceded her in death December 11, 2005. Survivors include one son, Paul Milton and wife, Monica of Temple, one daughter, Catherine Greth and husband, Hugh of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also surviving are one sister, Nellie Wicker of Prosperity, South Carolina and one brother, Clyde O. Ritch of Charlotte, North Carolina. Memorials may be made to Northside Church of Christ, Special Missions.
