A visitation will take place on Monday, July 29, 2019 from 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home 3110 Airport Rd. Temple, Texas 76504.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
Arthur worked for Bilt Rite Scaffold in Austin.
He is survived by his fiancée Stephanie Rodriguez of Temple, parents Arthur and Zelda Garza of Temple, sister Angela Martinez of Belton, children, Ariana Danielle Zuniga of Temple, Arthur Enrique Garza of Temple, Reyna Gabriella Garza of Temple, and Javier Ezekiel Garza of Temple, nieces, Samantha Lee Evans of Temple, Alexis Grace Perez of Ft. Hood, Samone Starr Aviles of Belton, and a nephew Alexander Tillman Martinez of Belton.
