Graveside services for Bonnie Kerley Montanye, 61, of Temple will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Temple Garden of Memories with Dr. Rodney Kruse officiating. Ms. Montanye died Sunday February 16, 2014 in a Temple Living Center. Ms. Montanye was born in Temple January 15, 1953 to Andrew Lawrence Kerley and Ima Lela Covington Kerley. She graduated from Temple High School in 1971. She worked as an Anesthesia Technician at Kings Daughters Hospital and retired from there after twenty six years. She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother Robert Kerley. Survivors include her daughter Laura Bridges Wellen of Temple; one sister Mary Huston of Poway, California and a brother Tommy Kerley of Teague and four grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.
