Carolyn J. Ferguson, age 65, of Belton, formerly of Abilene, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at her home in Belton.She was born on February 14, 1953 in Abilene the daughter of Thomas David and Norma Jean Parkinson. On February 20, 1970 in Abilene she married Larry Ferguson. She was a member of the Rosebud Church of Christ. A visitation will take place on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home 3110 Airport Rd Temple, Texas 76504. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Potosi Cemetery in Potosi, Texas. Carolyn is survived by her husband Larry Ferguson of Belton, sons, Michael Ferguson and wife Jaima of Temple and John Ferguson and wife Shannon of Belton, 3 grandsons, Caleb, Bryce, and Grant Ferguson and a granddaughter Isabella Ferguson. She is also survived by her brother Thomas David Parkinson and wife Cheryl of Abilene and a sister Sherry McCoy of Abilene. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Norma. In lieu of flowers memorials to the Rosebud Church of Christ would be appreciated.
