Donnie Wayne Elkins, age 61 of Rogers, died Monday, June 22, 2015 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, June 27th at North Belton Cemetery with Rev. Darin Pound officiating. Mr. Elkins was born August 25, 1953 in Temple to G. W. and Georgette Vannier Elkins. He was a graduate of Rogers High School. He retired from Reynolds Temple Plant. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two brothers, Louis J. Elkins and wife, Sheila of Morgan's Point Resort and David Elkins and wife, Carolyn of Belton.
