Doris Irene Clark, age 89 formerly of Temple, died Tuesday, January 9, 2018 in a Waco care center. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Wilbern Michalk officiating. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be 9:30 – 11:00 AM Saturday, January 13th at the funeral home. Mrs. Clark was born August 24, 1928 in Tracy, Texas to George and Ruby (Petty) Richards. She married D Q Davis “Bo” Clark on July 28, 1948. He preceded her in death April 29, 2010. She was a homemaker and also worked as a teacher’s aide for Temple ISD for 10 years. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include one son, Richard Clark of Killeen, three daughters, Doris Brunson of Independence, Missouri and Brenda Anderson and Jayne Love both of Waco, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Jay Pruett, Billy Orlando, Steve Wooley, Joey Matush, Todd Morris and Robert Scott.
