OBITUARY Mr. Ernesto Hernandez, Sr. Mr. Ernesto Hernandez, 60 of Temple died Friday April 27, 2007 in a Temple hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Hernandez will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday May 1, 2007 at the St. Mary Catholic Church in Temple with Father Ranjan Cletus officiating. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park. Mr. Hernandez was born June 30, 1946 in Skidmore, Texas the son of Juan G. and Eloisa Hinojosa Hernandez. He was a Temple area resident for many years. He had been a heavy equipment operator for Joe Richards Construction and Paving for over 42 years. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Temple. Mr. Hernandez is survived by his wife Esther Jacinta Resendez Hernandez of Temple. He is also survived by a daughter Gina Hernandez of Temple and three sons Ernest Hernandez, Jr., Jim Steven Hernandez, and Joe Hernandez all of Temple. Mr. Hernandez is also survived by his parents Mr. & Mrs. Juan G. Hernandez of Temple and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother Domingo Juan Hernandez. A Rosary will be held at 6:00 PM Monday April 30, 2007 at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple. Scanio-Harper Funeral Home of Temple is in charge of arrangements.
