Fred Allan Green, 66, of Moffat died Monday, November 12, 2007 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Western Hills Church of Christ with Minister Scott Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at Moffat Cemetery. Mr. Green was born October 15, 1941 in Ranger, Texas to Dr. E. R. and Dr. Berta Drake Green. He was a graduate of Stephenville High School and he attended Tarleton State and Temple College. He married Leta Tarver August 20, 1960 in Burnet, Texas. He was a member and Deacon at Western Hills Church of Christ. He retired from Temple College in 2007. Survivors include his wife Leta Green of Moffat; two sons, Glenn Green of Huntsville, Texas and Bryan Green of Cedar Hill, Texas; two brothers, Ernest Green of Ft. Worth, Texas and Harold Green of Abilene, Texas; one grandchild. Pallbearers will be Percy Francis, John Francis, David Kelley, Tom Center, Ron Scott, and Larry Matthews.
