James Ellis Fairweather, Jr., 67, of Temple died Sunday in a Temple hospital. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday March 12, 2012 at the Lutie Watkins Memorial United Methodist Church in Llano,Texas. Mr. Fairweather was born May 17, 1944 in Seminole, Texas to James Ellis and Wilma N. Rushing Fairweather, Sr. He was a graduate of Midland Lee High School in Midland, Texas and attended Odessa and Midland Colleges. He was a veteran having served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Temple. Survivors include his sister Sharon Jones and husband Jody of Llano, Texas; Niece, Jena Garnett and husband Tutt of Llano; Nephew, David Jones and wife Gayla of Brenham, Texas; three great nieces, Bandera Jones of Los Angeles, California, Katie Garnett of Llano, Texas, and Kelly Garnett Lowery and husband Kemp of Dublin, Texas; several cousins.
