Jane M. Henderson, 81, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2008. She was born April 19, 1927 in Temple, Texas to Jessie & Will McGregor. She graduated from Temple High School and married Carl Chalmers Henderson, Jr. in 1946. After celebrating 29 years of marriage, she was preceded in death by her husband in 1976. She was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church in Corpus Christi, TX prior to moving to Ft. Worth in 2006. The family would like to thank the caring people at Lakewood Village Retirement Center and Plaza Medical Hospital in Fort Worth for the loving care, attention, and support given to Jane and her daughters. She is survived by 3 daughters, Nancy Goldey (Mike), Caryn Walker (Bob), Susan Henderson, 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday July 9, 2008 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple with Rev. Leydon Anderson officiating. Obituary and guestbook at www.scanioharperfuneralhome,com.
