Jesse James Jordan

Jesse “Jess” Jordan, age 91 of Arlington, TX (formerly of Temple TX) was called home by our heavenly Father to join his Mom, Dad and eleven sisters and brothers who went before him. He transitioned from his earthly body to his heavenly body while wrapped in the arms of his loving family where he lived his last 3.5 years. At this time heaven gained a man who lived by his motto, “If a person ain’t worth their word, they aren’t worth much”.

A visitation will take place for Mr. Jordan on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 1:00pm until the time of service at 2:00pm at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple TX. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.

He was preceded by his wife Mozelle Frazer Jordan of 40 years and survived by his sons Michael and Gerald Jordan, of Arlington, TX and daughters Brenda Warley of Georgetown and Beverly Smith of Kempner, his older sister Dorothy Engle and their families.

The family suggests expressions of sympathy be in the form of donations to the Alzheimer Society.

He will receive Military Honors at his gravesite.
