

Kathren Vega Turnpaugh, 43, of Temple died Saturday. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday April 23, 2009 at the Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Chamberlain officiating. Burial will be private. Rosary service will held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Deacon Joe Vela officiating, visitation with the family to follow the rosary. Mrs. Turnpaugh was born November 19, 1965 in Cameron, Texas. She attended Academy schools and received her CDL license from the Truck Driving Academy in Waco. She was employed as a long haul commercial trucker. Survivors include her loving partner, Greg Landmark of Temple; her mother, Janie Martinez Rodriguez of Heidenheimer; two daughters, Christina Marie Turnpaugh of Temple and Harley Juanita Jean O'Neal of Belton; one son, Geddy Lee Turnpaugh of Belton; one brother, Ruben Vega of Rosebud; Grandfather, Ignacio Martinez of Temple; three grandchildren, Joshua Lee Turnpaugh, Deston Lee Turnpaugh, and Angelita Nicole Turnpaugh.
