Lenore Vittetoe, age 97, of Temple, Texas passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2023 in Marlin, Texas. She was born on March 24, 1925 in Qulin, Missouri the daughter of Isaac Albert Brackin and Belvey (Watters) Brackin.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 2:00pm at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple, Texas. Burial will follow at Bellwood Memorial Park in Temple.
Lenore was a member of the First Baptist Church in Temple.
She is survived by her son Don Vittetoe of Temple, 5 grandchildren, Gene Claude Vittetoe II of Harding, PA, Anisa Warr of Houston, TX, Donell Vittetoe of Houston, TX, Ken Howard of Temple, TX and Dede Taylor of Uvalde, TX, 17 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Lenore was preceded in death by her husband Gene Claude Vittetoe, a grandson Toby Howard, sisters, Ruth Wheaton and Ginger Terry, and brothers, Pete Brackin and John Brackin.
