Matthew Jonathan Hart

Mr. Hart went to meet his heavenly father on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at a local hospital. He was born on December 6, 1981 in Temple, Texas to Minnie Fischgrabe Hart and Gary Hart. He lived in Pendleton for 37 years before moving to Morgan’s Point Resort. Matthew was an avid car and truck fan and loved working with his hands on anything he could. He attended school in Troy and loved participating in sports.

Survivors include his son, Daylon Hart of Bryan, Texas; his parents, Gary and Minnie Hart of Pendleton; two brothers, Corey Hart of Pendleton and Wesley Hart and wife Patricia of Pendleton. Matthew is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that were special to him as well as a multitude of family members in Washington State who have been his prayer warriors.

The family will receive visitors from 6-7:00pm Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Troy Fire Department or to the Morgan’s Point Fire Department.
