Mrs. Myers was born August 10, 1921 in the Okay community near Killeen to Ernest A. Cole and Nettie Mae Henderson Cole. She graduated from Temple High School. She married Robert Gordon Myers on January 25, 1941. He preceded her in death on November 17, 1989. She retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church in Temple, Telephone Pioneers of America and Daughters of the Republic of Texas.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and three brothers. Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
