Robert Lee Starling, 82, of Bartlett died Monday August 20, 2012 in a Temple hospital. Military Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 30, 2012 at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Mr. Starling was born January 12, 1930 in Bartlett, Texas to Victor and Mary Taylor Starling. He was a veteran having served in the U. S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Johnson-Starling of Bartlett; one daughter, Gertie Crathers of Bartlett; two sons, Robert Starling of Denver, Colorado and Roy Milton Starling of Georgetown; two brothers, Robert Starling of Granger and Franklin Starling of Los Angeles, California; several grandchildren.
