Robert William Holman II, 53, of Temple died Friday August 7, 2009 in a Temple hospital. His request was to be cremated and no services are to be planned. He was born August 12, 1955 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Robert W. "Danny" Holman and Alma Ray "Mossie" Scott. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1978 as a paratrooper. Robert is survived by the Love of His Life, Barbara; one son Robert Shane Holman of Temple; three sisters, Deborah O'Mary Curl of Lott, Veronica Diane Hernandez of Temple, and Mariella D. Holman of Waco, one brother, Joseph L. Holman of Moffat; seven nephews; five nieces. He was preceded in death by a brother Mickey W. Holman.
