Graveside services for Rubin Edward Morgan, 69, of Davilla will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at McCann Cemetery. Mr. Morgan died Wednesday in a Temple hospital. Mr. Morgan was born in Rogers Dec. 16, 1939 to Thomas Morgan and Faye Hillyard Morgan. He lived in the Rogers and Temple area before moving to Davilla ten years ago. He was a truck driver and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by one son Rubin Morgan Jr. Survivors include one son Rubin Bloyd of Dallas; two daughters Carrie Hathcock and Melynna Morgan of Fort Worth; three brothers Acie Morgan of Rosenberg, Birt Morgan of Ft. Worth and John Henry Morgan of Houston; four sisters Lillie Hegemeyer of New Ulm, Pansy Kubeczka of Sealy, Bee Bennight of Rogers and Edie Fuentes of Rogers and five grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday at Scanio Harper Funeral Home.
