Shane Allen Branch

A visitation will take place on Monday, June 26, 2023 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home in Temple.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Oak Hills Cemetery in Lakeland, Florida.

Shane received his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Wilmington University, worked for Walmart since 2000 and since 2013 he was the AP Operations Manager at the Walmart distribution center.

He enjoyed fishing, anything computer related, network, programing, security, etc., solving complex handheld puzzles, obtaining the latest and greatest computer and gaming set-ups, and loved playing video games especially Mortal Combat.

Shane is survived by his wife Danielle (Sox) Branch of Temple, children, Tyler McKenzie and wife Kaitlyn of Clarksville, TN, Christopher “Mikey” Schulz of Temple, TX, Kayla Branch and husband David Galvan of Temple, TX, and Dakota Branch of Temple, TX, a grandchild Brinsley McKenzie and his parents Robert (Teresa) Branch and Linda (Tim Lanier) Harrell. He is also survived by his brother David Branch and wife Tiffanny of O’Fallon, IL, and his niece and nephew Chloe and Lucas Branch.

Shane was preceded in death by his first wife Pamela Diane McKenzie-Branch in 2004.
