Steven W. Sandefur

Steven W. Sandefur, age 41, of Temple died February 20, 2012 in Temple. Services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, February 24, at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home with Dr. Martin Knox officiating. Private family burial will follow the service at Moffat Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 - 6:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Steve was born on March 18, 1970 in Temple to Donald W. and Linda Bridges Sandefur. He graduated from Temple High School in 1988. He worked as a salesman at Connell Chevrolet in Killeen and formerly at Johnson Bros. Ford in Temple. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Temple. Survivors include his wife, Amber Sandefur, parents, Don and Linda Sandefur, two sons, Austin and Ty Sandefur, one stepdaughter, Lexi Mack, two sisters, Sonia Tilley and husband, Aaron, Becky Olson and husband, Michael and grandparents, Bob and Edna Bridges. Also surviving are four nieces and nephews, Courtney and Matthew Tilley, Kelsie Olson and Dylan Jones and a special uncle, Russell Bridges.
