Mr. Winnett was born in Bell Co. to Homer Sanford Winnett and Mary Loyd McKelray Winnett. He attended Troy School and was a Baptist. He worked as a roofer. He was preceded in death by his mother and father. Survivors include one son Timothy Chance Winnett of Plano; three brothers Starky Winnett of Temple, Sandy Winnett of Troy and Ricky Winnett of Trinity, three sisters Darann Tetreault of Universal City, Marcy Eaton of Roundrock and Shelly Bukes of Honolulu, Hawaii and one grandchild.
