Wanda L Love

Wanda L. Love, age 83, of Temple passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at a local care center. She was born on August 15, 1937 in Hornersville, MO the daughter of Archie and Irene Shumaker (Philhours).

Wanda was a longtime elementary school teacher in Blue Springs, MO and a member of the Baptist Church.

She is survived by her children Dawna Uselton and husband Steve of Temple, TX, Dan Steen of Ravenna, TX, and Jim Steen and wife Robin of Spring Valley, CA, grandchildren, Peter Uselton and wife Emily of Springfield, PA, Matt Uselton and wife Britteny of Belton, TX, Christopher Steen and wife Ashlee of Cedar Mountain, N.C., Austin Steen of Denison, TX, and Jessie Steen of Spring Valley, CA, and great-grandchildren Isaac Uselton of Springfield, PA, Latania Steen of Spring Valley, CA, and Chesleigh Steen of Denison, TX.

Wand is also survived by her brothers Larry Shumaker and wife Nell of Manor, TX and Bud Shumaker and wife Susie of Little Rock, AR.

She was preceded in death by her husband John Love, sisters, Glanda Galyean and Sharon Ellis, and grandsons Michael Steen and Casey Steen.
