
Wendy Jean Miller, 43, of Kempner, Texas died Friday, August 18, 2006 at her home. Private family services will be held at a later date. Mrs. Miller was born October 9, 1962 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She was a protector of wildlife and photographed natures beauty to preserve the habitat of wildlife as an assistant reservoir keeper in San Diego, California. She also assisted the Game Wardens in their work. She served as a civil servant for the County of San Diego from 1996 to 2002. She supported the disable veterans and all active duty soldiers. She was a member of the National Audubon Society and the Kidney Foundation. She was preceded in death by her father Earl Stiles. Survivors include her husband, Edward R. Miller of Kempner; two sons, Jared Earl Merrill and Justin Raymond Stiles both of San Diego, California; her mother, Beverly Wilburn of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; three sisters, Patricia Burnham of Effex, Massachusetts, Robin Nelson of Aurora, Indiana, and Tammy Stiles of Clovis, California; two brothers, Dale Stiles of Norfolk, Virginia and Gregory Jung of Vine Grove, Kentucky.
